Welcome to the Duel of Dark! This week I’m trying out a few plant-based and gluten-free dark chocolate desserts. But not all vegan chocolate treats are created equal.
No matter what dark chocolate dessert you have on deck remember bitter is better. Dark chocolate with 70% or higher levels of cacao is ideal.
After the major health benefits of dark chocolate desserts (which range from antioxidant to aphrodisiac) the taste and texture are not too far behind…or maybe its the other way around?
