Working with UNDO has definitely inspired me to try new things and be better. I cook a lot at home and always try to make sure that what I’m eating will make me feel good and boost my energy levels. I noticed that when I made little changes in my diet, I had more energy and was able to do more. As far as working out goes, I never thought I would enjoy yoga and running as much as I do now. Although I’m no expert at either, yoga helps me take a breath from crazy work days. It helps clear any anxiety I may have and really get me focused for what’s to come the rest of the day.
Meanwhile, I’ve been pushing myself through running and am really enjoying the process. I never would have thought that I would be joining UNDO to run my first half marathon – let alone adding running to my routine! Although it’s a battle to get more miles in, I always feel so good knowing I reached my goal for the day.
WHAT DID YOU LEARN TODAY?
I learned that you can copy and paste your photo edits on VSCO! This saves time and increases consistency. Always trying to find new ways to work smarter.
WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT WHEN YOU RUN?
When I’m running I’m constantly cheering myself on, making sure I push through and meet my distance goal. I’m also thinking about how good my next meal is going to be, and how good my sleep will be! There are no downsides to running. It’s free and makes you feel good – creating little “rewards” for yourself definitely helps you keep going.
