Lacey

Hi, I'm Lacey Gibson. I am a food writer and an RYT-200 yoga teacher certified by the New School of Yogic Arts. I am a Masters of Science graduate in Global Health and former Food Literacy Project Fellow at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Prior to my Masters, I graduated in 2015 with a BA/BS in French and Physiology from Southern Illinois University, where I also competed as an NCAA DI track/cross country runner. My mission as a writer and a yoga teacher is to inspire social change in the global food system through living and eating mindfully. Connect with me to learn more about my life as a vegan-baking foodie, running junkie, traveling yogini, and (most importantly) genuine human being. https://www.laceygibson.com/
