Lacey

Hi, I'm Lacey Gibson. I am a Masters student in Global Health and a Food Literacy Project Fellow at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Additionally, I am an RYT-200 yoga teacher-in-training at the New School of Yogic Arts. I graduated in 2015 with a BA/BS in French and Physiology from Southern Illinois University, where I also competed as an NCAA DI track/cross country runner. My mission as a researcher, a writer, and a yoga teacher is to inspire and heal through embodied experience and narrative flow. I infuse my practice and my writing with themes of plant-based eating, global culture, and personal narrative in order to energize individuals and communities to seek worldly wellness and social compassion. To connect to more of my life as a vegan-baking foodie, running junkie, traveling yogi, and (most importantly) genuine human being, follow me on Instagram @laceyg92.
